Basket: It can be fabricated from M.S. Plate / S.S. / M.S. with Rubber Lined/ M.S. with F.R.P. coating, perforated speed to allow free discharge. Suitable thick to withstand the load caused by centrifugal force while rotating and well balanced. The cone of the basket is made of Graded Grey C.I. and having cladding of S.S.
Lid/Outer Body: It can be fabricated from M.S. Plate / S.S. / M.S. with rubber lined / M.S. with F.R.P. Coating with top cover and ring and bottled with bottom base.
Shaft and Bearing: Main shaft made of EN-8 and suitably thick to withstand the loads imposed by centrifugal force caused by normal uneven distribution of charge in basket Main shaft having 4 Nos. of ball / roller / thrust heavy duty bearings with grease retainers to ensure good lubrication. Grease cup provide for easily greasing.
Clutch Pulley: Very efficient & economical to reduce the initial starting load on Elec. Motor & to provide gradual acceleration. Having roller bearings and ferodo liner.
Suspension: Having 3 Nos. of heavy duty, sturdy, C.I. Legs with spring steel springs to prevent vibration.
Brake: Specially designed very efficient hand / show brake, mechanically designed with feredo liner which can stop the basket in 5-10 Mins.
Base Frame: Entire Centrifuge fitted on M.S. Channel base frame and comes to you in assemble condition.
Rubber Lining: Centrifuge having Natural hard type Ebonite rubber of shore “D” quality & Hardness will be 65% to 70%.
